About The Role

QRShip is opening internship roles for motivated students and freshers in Kashmir. Interns will work with the core team on real parcel network operations, driver onboarding, customer support, route research, local growth, and product feedback. This is a practical internship for people who can communicate clearly, move fast, and learn by doing.

Responsibilities

Support driver and customer onboarding Collect route, hub, and field feedback Help resolve customer and driver support requests Assist with local growth campaigns and WhatsApp community work Document issues and improvement ideas for the product team

Requirements

Student, fresher, or early-career applicant based in Kashmir Clear communication in English plus Kashmiri, Urdu, or Hindi Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and basic web tools Reliable follow-through on assigned tasks Interest in logistics, startups, operations, or technology
